Our team has expanded their real estate knowledge by rigorous study and completion of courses required to achieve designations in various specialties of real estate. An explanation of some other designations held by our office sales staff follows:
REALTOR: a realtor has completed a course of study required for licensing and is bound by a strict code ethics.
GRI: Graduate Realtors Institute. This is where knowledge obtained in real estate courses becomes more fine tuned through three weeks of intensive study and testing.
CRB: Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers. This designation covers the aspects particular to managing a real estate office.
ABR: Accredited Buyer Representative. This special training makes a Realtor much more knowledgeable in representing the buyer in all the areas of the transaction from beginning to closing.
CCIM: Certified Commercial Investment Member, This represents specific training in the particular aspects of commercial buying, selling, and leasing with emphasis on investments.
SRES: Senior Real Estate Specialist: Realtors earning this designation demonstrate requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lit transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling a home.
