BOB CARTERBOB CARTER -Our leader for over 35 years offers residential and commercial sales brokerage, investment analysis, consulting service, HOA management, and property management. Bob served as President of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors in 1988, served as President of Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) and was charter president of the state association of commercial realtors (State CCIM Chapter) in 1981-1982. He holds the GRI, CCIM, CRS, and SRES Designations. The prestigious Realtor of the Year for 2005 was awarded to Bob by the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. This award recognizes his commitment to serve his community and fellow realtors. He gives the same commitment to his clients in meeting their real estate needs. On the community level, he has served as local president of Easter Seals Chapter and as director on the local and state levels. He has been a Top VIP Fund Raiser for the Duke Children's Telethon, raising more than $200,000. Duke basketball is Bob's passion.

PHYLLIS CARTER - Bob's better half is the inspiration of his team at home and in the office. She gives her strong support and knowledge of the business to our team members. She keeps Bob organized and still manages to sell homes and give individual care to home buyers and sellers. Phyllis has been a licensed Realtor since 1971.

Rita Stancil, As a licensed Realtor, Rita takes the stress out of finding a home. She will give you her full attention in helping you to buy or sell your home. She will listen carefully to your requirements and give her expert advice on an accurate and competitive market analysis.

Linda Tolliver, Linda is a licensed Realtor and Broker has been in sales and property management since 1981. She enjoys working with first time home-buyers, explaining the various programs allowing low or no down payment and working as a Buyers Agent. Ask her about programs available for individuals with credit issues. Linda is also our rental property manager.

Paul Stevens, Paul is the newest agent on our team, having recently relocated from the snowy north, Paul has been in real estate related fields since 1972.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.  His specialty is sales in the Brier Creek area, where he has just become editor of Briercrier.
